HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL

It is now nearly two years since our last reunion and as promised here are the details for this year’s event.

 

JERVIS REUNION FOR WEDNESDAY 12 AUGUST 2009

 

I have contacted the Portsmouth RSHC manager David Watts and based on our long association with the RSHC have completed and agreed the following excellent terms. When you book in to the Club tell them you are with Jervis Division and you will automatically get Country Membership rates. We have this concession without having to pay the annual membership fee, a saving to you & Jervis of £50. Additionally, on the night, we have the Nuffield room with bar service from 8:00 PM till 12:00 midnight for £120 As with the 2007 reunion the manager has agreed we can have the same arrangements in the dining room on the night of this year’s event. This means we should work on the premise that dinner starts at 6:00 PM. For those wishing to take the 3day mid week break it will cost £102. NB! This is now Bed & Breakfast only. Dinner is paid for separately.

 

Again! Please NOTE! The cost of the reunion night dinner is no longer included  in the tariff.

This means that we ALL pay directly to the club for the dinner on reunion night or for that matter any other night. Dinner on any night is NOT likely to cost more than £14 per head.

 Since this is a summer event, Informal Dress is recommended.

You are strongly advised to BOOK EARLY for accommodation at the RSHC
